hantavirus.one is a static website. It does not set tracking cookies, run advertising scripts, or attempt to identify you across visits.
What we collect
The site uses Yandex Metrika to count page views and approximate geography of visitors at the day level. Yandex Metrika may use cookies; we have enabled the most privacy-preserving settings available. Standard server logs at our hosting provider record IP address, requested URL, timestamp, user agent, and referer for each request, for a short retention period required for operational and security purposes. We do not access these logs except to investigate security incidents.
What we don't do
- We don't run advertising.
- We don't share data with advertisers or data brokers.
- We don't sell or rent any data.
- We don't run an email newsletter from this site as of launch. If we add one in the future, it will use double opt-in and a documented unsubscribe procedure, and we'll update this page.
External links
The site links to external sources, including news publishers, the WHO, the CDC, and the ECDC. Those sites have their own privacy practices, and we have no control over what they collect when you visit them.
GDPR / CCPA
If you are in the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom, or California, you have rights under the GDPR or the CCPA to access, correct, or request deletion of personal data we hold about you. Because we do not collect personal data, there is typically nothing to access, correct, or delete. If you believe we hold information about you, write to us via /contact and we will respond within the statutory deadlines.
